Beauty And Wellness Brand is seeking a Creative Director to own the brand's visual identity end-to-end. You will set the visual direction, lead the design function, and ensure consistency across packaging, website, social and paid creative as the brand expands internationally.

This role is hands-on and strategic: you will produce work yourself while building a high-performing team, establish guidelines, mentor designers, and push for premium aesthetics with strong AI-enabled creativity to scale

Qualificações

• Proven ownership of a consumer brand's visual identity.
• Portfolio with strong international-level aesthetic judgement across channels.
• Experience in packaging, web/ecommerce, social, paid creative and print.
• Experience creating performance-focused creative that drives sales.
• Leadership or mentoring of designers; hands-on capability.
