Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of professional digital marketing experience with strong content focus.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns, including budget allocation and optimization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot for lead management and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor content for multiple channels.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional/global teams.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language; knowledge of Chinese is welcome.
