Caixa Mágica Software in Lisbon seeks a Marketing Intern to support the company’s communication strategy and digital channels. You will help promote products and services and contribute to campaigns through content creation for social media, the website, and newsletters.

Qualificações

• Eligible for an IEFP internship.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Communication.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, social media management and digital content creation.
• Knowledge of promotional campaign management and market analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of design and content creation tools, including Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
• Literacy in Generative AI applied to Marketing, using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Canva AI and Adobe Firefly.
• Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering and giving AI tools clear instructions.
• Awareness of ethical and responsible AI use, ensuring human review and data protection.
• Knowledge of content management and social media platforms, plus report preparation and KPI analysis.
• Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills.
• Creativity, problem solving, proactivity and autonomy.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of the marketing and communication plan.
• Create content for social media, website, newsletters and other digital channels.
• Assist with events and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using current technologies.
