Danone Lisboa is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to help ensure product availability and customer service levels while acting as the interface between the market and centralized planning teams. You will lead the weekly S&OP/S&OE processes, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and support launches and portfolio changes.

The role offers growth into Demand Planning within a dynamic FMCG environment. Strong analytical skills, Excel, SAP/APO, and Power BI are required, with 1–2 years of experience

Qualificações

• 1 or 2 years of experience in Operations/Supply Chain.
• Career growth into Demand Planning.
• Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, S&OP/S&OE and inventory management.
• Experience managing availability, service level and supply risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical skills to support decision-making.
• Advanced Excel; SAP/APO or similar.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and interpret data.
• Interest in Demand Planning processes and collaboration with commercial teams.
• Experience in FMCG environments with multifunctional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and insights.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure product availability and customer service level.
• Interface between market and centralized Supply Planning.
• Lead the weekly S&OE process aligning Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate supply, inventory and service risks.
• Coordinate allocation processes and capacity constraint management.
• Mitigate write-offs, obsolescence and finished product waste.
• Prepare for launches and portfolio changes.
• Resolve critical supply situations with stakeholders quickly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation in the Supply Chain.
• Assist in short-term planning issue mitigation.
• Contribute to long-term supply chain optimization initiatives.
