Zumub is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Team Supervisor to oversee daily production, ensure targets, quality standards, and safety within a food/supplement manufacturing environment in Cacém – Sintra. You will coordinate production operators to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements include a degree or technical training in engineering or production, proven experience in manufacturing, leadership abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and good Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar area.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising teams.
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced production environment.
• Good Excel skills and familiarity with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
