Zumub is looking for a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily production in a food/supplement manufacturing setting. You will lead operators, ensure quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

The role offers schedule flexibility after the training period, with options for hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and employee discounts. On-site in Cacém – Sintra, Lisboa, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing environments or industrial sectors.
• Experience supervising teams is a plus.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving production environment.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with technology platforms.
• Ownership mindset and leadership with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily production to meet objectives, quality requirements and safety guidelines in a food/supplement manufacturing environment.
• Lead production operators to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
• Review performance, identify constraints, and implement rapid corrective actions.
• Schedule production and maintain detailed operational records.
• Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and available for manufacturing.
• Provide updates on production outcomes and challenges to the Production Manager.
• Support the onboarding process and development of new team members.
