Zumub is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily operations in a on-site facility near Lisbon. You will coordinate operators, ensure safety and targets are met, monitor throughput, and maintain accurate production records.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and staff onboarding.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Previous experience leading operational teams (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good Excel skills and ease in using technology.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades
