Zumub is seeking a Production Supervisor for an on-site role in the Cacém – Sintra area. You will supervise daily production, coordinate operators, and monitor performance to meet targets, quality and safety standards.

You will plan production, ensure material availability, and report to the Production Manager while supporting onboarding of new staff. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical training in Engineering or Industrial Management.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience leading teams (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good Excel skills and confidence with technology.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production to meet targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate production operators to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan production and maintain records.
• Ensure materials are available for production.
• Report production performance to the Production Manager.
• Support training and onboarding of new production staff.
