In an environment of intense and ever-changing transformation, Technology Consulting team wants to bet on the strategic integration of a SAP Success Factors Manager who will have the mission to develop, implement and maintain these SAP solutions in our clients.

Opportunity

EY is currently enlarging its Technology Consulting team with a motivated and experienced professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation. As a Manager, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. In this position, you will provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies. Your activities would consist out of a combination of advising and analyzing, but also guiding implementations and configuration. You will assist customers by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach towards HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll project, namely, conduct client workshops, overall solution design, system configuration, data migration, testing, cutover and to lead the transition to AMS teams.

It will be expected the ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants and deliver quality client service, while effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, mainly in a consulting environment
• SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll certification
• A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
