SDG is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics leader to manage client engagements and drive complex projects across multiple offices. You will shape opportunities, ensuring solutions meet client needs and industry best practices.

With 8+ years in Data & Analytics, a strong Azure/Fabric background, and Agile experience, you will guide teams and stay ahead of tech trends. Fluent English is essential to collaborate with international clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics projects, ideally in a Microsoft environment.
• Academic background in Computer Engineering or Information Management with strong development skills.
• Solid knowledge of the data value chain, BI, and AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients, identify their needs, and develop opportunities in the Data sector.
• Lead projects and multi-office teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Provide technical support to the team for complex/high-impact projects.

Job description

Manage clients, identify their needs, and develop opportunities, positioning SDG as a benchmark in the Data sector, while ensuring projects are executed in the best possible way to provide the most optimal solutions to clients.

Manage projects and multi-office teams, ensuring they are well structured to approach projects as efficiently as possible, and

provide technical support

to the team in highly complex or high-impact projects.

Stay up to date with the latest technological trends in the Data field, as we aim to offer our clients the latest market solutions and provide them with the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

Solid experience of, at least, 8 years working on Data & Analytics projects (ideally, using Microsoft environment like Azure and Fabric).

Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Management, or any other field that has provided you with strong development capabilities and critical thinking skills in this environment.

Strong knowledge of the Data value chain, with a particular focus on Data, Visualization, Business Intelligence, and/or Artificial Intelligence practices.

We work in agile environments, so knowledge of those methodologies will be highly valued.

We would love to find professionals with a background in delivering Data & Analytics projects. For the team, it is very important that our Managers understand the technical complexities and specific characteristics of these projects.

Teamwork is essential. We are looking for people who foster a positive environment and strong synergies between professionals and different teams.

You should be able to maintain a fluent conversation in English, as we work with several international clients and teams.
