Jobtailor is seeking a Wellbeing Strategy Lead to drive a Europe-wide wellbeing program. You will partner with People Partners and People Operations to embed wellbeing into recruitment, onboarding and retention, and ensure alignment with benefits across the region.

The role focuses on KPI setting, data analysis, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement to bolster employee engagement and organizational culture.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or Human Resources.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in employee wellbeing and employee experience.
• Knowledge of mental health initiatives and wellness programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Experience in change management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Effective stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in planning and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a holistic wellbeing strategy for Europe that aligns with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with People Partners and People Operations to integrate wellbeing practices into recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Ensure wellbeing initiatives are aligned with benefits provision across the region.
• Set KPIs, conduct regular assessments and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of wellbeing programs.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops on wellbeing topics.
• Serve as an advocate for employee wellbeing and provide guidance on wellbeing-related matters.
• Engage with vendors, external organizations, community groups, and industry leaders to enhance wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
• Organize regional events and activities that foster employee engagement and morale.
• Analyze project-specific success criteria and metrics to provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
