Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Management Consulting Talent to lead HR and Workforce transformation programs across industries. You will shape talent strategies, drive AI in HR initiatives, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to deliver people-focused transformations.

In this role, you will manage project teams, contribute to business development, and ensure successful implementation of talent and workforce solutions in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or transformation projects focused on HR, Talent, Workforce Transformation, or Organizational Change.
• Proven experience leading Change Management and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of emerging trends, including AI in HR and digital workforce solutions.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and leading project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
