You will guide Change Management, AI in HR initiatives, and multi-disciplinary teams through project lifecycles, while supporting business development and client discussions to deliver technology-enabled outcomes.

Qualificações

• Over 5 years of consulting and transformation experience focused on HR, Talent, Workforce Transformation, or Organizational Change.
• Proven experience leading Change Management and transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

You will lead complex transformation programs across HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Development, Change Management, and AI in HR, helping organizations navigate change and accelerate growth. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape talent strategies, design innovative solutions, and drive successful implementation of people-focused transformations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting and transformation projects focused on HR, Talent, Workforce Transformation, or Organizational Change.
• Proven experience leading Change Management and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of emerging trends, including AI in HR and digital workforce solutions.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and leading project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
