A posição envolve viagens, desempenho académico de excelência e domínio de Português e Inglês.

Qualificações

• Mestrado em Gestão, Finanças, Economia, Engenharia ou área similar.
• Desempenho académico demonstrado.
• Capacidade de cumprir viagens, quando aplicável.
• Fluência em Português e Inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Conceber, desenhar e executar modelos operacionais de negócio e tecnologia para melhorar agilidade e eficiência.
• Traduzir diretrizes estratégicas em planos de ação integrados.
• Participar na diagnose de desafios, planeamento e liderança de iniciativas de transformação.
• Trabalhar em transformações digitais, de TI e operacionais que aumentem capacidades de negócio.
• Aplicar métodos, ferramentas e ativos da Accenture para entregar soluções eficaz.

Job Description:

Accenture Consultants help our clients conceive, design, and execute business solutions at the speed and scale that today’s digital world demands. Our work spans multiple functions, including our Reinvention Partners:

All these areas work across industries such as Financial Services, Products, Communications, Media & Technology, Health & Public Service, and Resources. Through this Programme, you’ll develop the skills needed to transform our clients’ businesses across people, processes, and technology.

You’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organization, helping them address their most significant business challenges. You’ll gain early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you’ll also develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies relevant to each industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client.

As a Consulting Analyst , specific responsibilities may include:

• Design and improve business and technology operating models to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness.
• Translate the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actionable plans.
• Participate in diagnosing business challenges, planning, and leading transformation initiatives.
• Work on large-scale digital, IT, and operational transformations that enhance business capabilities.
• Implement programs and interventions that prepare organizations for the adoption of new business processes or technologies.
• Leverage Accenture’s methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s Degree holders, in one of our preferred Majores: Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar;
• A track record of outstanding academic performance;
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
