Accenture Portugal is seeking a Consultant in Management Consulting Talent to help clients transform people strategies and workforce capabilities through HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Learning & Development, Change Management, and AI in HR.

You will work with experienced consultants and client stakeholders to design and implement talent and organizational transformations that drive long-term business success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, psychology, management, or related field.
• Experience in HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Change Management, or Talent projects.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation projects, as well as talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Change Management and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Analyze client challenges and help develop talent and workforce solutions.
• Support the adoption of AI in HR and digital workforce transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client and project teams.
