You will deliver complex technology strategy work, translating business challenges into opportunities. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of relevant experience and strong skills in communication and stakeholder management. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, along with a solid understanding of business and operating models, to drive impactful digital transformation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of business and operating models.
• Experience structuring complex problems and developing strategic recommendations.
• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating business needs into strategic technology themes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.

• Support the definition of digital transformation initiatives, technology roadmaps, and IT strategy components aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, technology enablement, and value

Job Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology strategy, and/or digital transformation roles
• Strong understanding of business and operating models, with the ability to identify where technology can create value
• Experience structuring complex problems and developing strategic (non-technical) recommendations
• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating business needs into strategic technology themes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
