Siemens Healthineers Advanced Accelerator Applications (Portugal) seeks a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering and Service Team on a temporary basis. Responsibilities include maintaining production equipment, supporting external contractors, and qualifying synthesis modules while complying with GMP and safety standards.

You will oversee parts flow, keep the cyclotron bunker clean, and contribute to engineering projects, drawing on technical apprenticeships and hands-on tool experience

Qualificações

• Technical / industrial apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance of mechanical, mechatronic and electrical components.
• Experience in radioactive and GMP environments is beneficial.
• Analytical, technical, and reporting capabilities.
• Capability to understand drawings and schematics.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Local language and at least basic level English.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain production equipment and trigger interventions proactively.
• Support interventions of external contractors on production equipment.
• Execute and track the qualification of synthesis modules and dispensing systems.
• Assist investigation and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Alternate with Site Engineering Lead for phone availability during production.
• Manage flow of spare parts, tools, and materials and keep the cyclotron bunker clean.
• Contribute to engineering projects and optimize production equipment management procedures.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to be part of our Engineering and Service Team.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth continuity of maintenance activities:

• Manage autonomously the flow of spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Keep the cyclotron bunker and technical area clear and clean.

Contribute to constant improvement:

• Participate actively to engineering projects.
• Support the creation, review, and optimization of procedures for production equipment management (qualification,
• use, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.) in accordance with GMP and HSE standards

What you need to have:

• Technical / industrial apprenticeship (mechanician, mechatronic technician, electrician or similar)
• Excellent artisanal experience in the use of tools and measurement devices.
• Experience in maintenance of mechanic, mechatronic and electric components.
• Experience in working in radioactive environment and / GMP environment is
• Beneficial
• Analytical, technical, and reporting capabilities.
• Capability to understand drawings and schematics.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Local language and at least basic level English (oral and written)
