Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon seeks a skilled Mechatronic Technician to design, install and validate electrical wiring and control systems, including PLC interfaces and sensor integration.

The role requires advanced calibration and proactive maintenance to ensure high performance and quality across production lines. You will lead ramp-up activities, diagnose complex issues, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement improvements and maintain compliance with safety

Qualificações

• Certified Mechatronic Technician or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in mechanical-electrical maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive maintenance strategies and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations (ISO/IEC/OSHA).
• Ability to document SOPs and technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, install, and validate complex electrical wiring systems and control circuits, including PLC interfaces and sensor integration.
• Perform advanced calibration and adjustment of station parameters using diagnostic tools to optimize performance.
• Lead ramp-up activities with cross-functional teams, including process validation and SOP development.
• Diagnose and resolve complex machine breakdowns with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify improvements and support optimization.

Job Description

• Design, install, and validate complex electrical wiring systems and control circuits, including PLC programming interfaces, sensor integration, and safety-critical systems in compliance with relevant electrical codes and industry standards
• Perform advanced calibration, alignment, and adjustment of station parameters using diagnostic tools and measurement equipment to optimize performance, efficiency, and product quality metrics
• Lead and coordinate ramp-up activities across cross-functional teams, including process validation, performance testing, and the development of standard operating procedures to ensure seamless production transitions
• Diagnose and resolve complex machine breakdowns through systematic root-cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive maintenance strategies while minimizing production downtime and documenting all findings in maintenance management systems
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement design modifications, and support continuous optimization of station functionality and reliability

Qualifications

• Certified Mechatronic Technician or equivalent professional qualification;
• Proven experience in mechanical-electrical maintenance, including diagnostic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance strategies, and root-cause analysis methodologies;
• Strong competency in utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, measurement equipment, and maintenance management software systems for performance optimization and documentation;
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations (e.g., ISO, IEC, OSHA compliance);
• Proficiency in developing and documenting standard operating procedures and technical specifications;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environments while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards;
