Job summary

Quinta da Comporta Wellness Boutique Hotel in Grândola is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure reliable operations of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. The role covers fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, energy management, and minor repair work, with a focus on safety and quality in a hospitality setting.

Accommodation and transportation are offered when needed, meals at staff canteen, a meal card, and health insurance after six months.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and mechanics.
• Team player with good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair equipment faults.
• Support preventive maintenance and read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Comply with and improve the Preventive Maintenance Plan.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identification and repair of equipment faults
• Support in carrying out preventive maintenance and electrical and mechanical schematics
• Compliance with and improvement of the Preventive Maintenance Plan
• Analysis and implementation of improvements to increase equipment reliability
• Energy management
• Ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance routines
• Minor repair work in carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks
