Capgemini Portugal is launching a new Tech Hub in Porto and seeks an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work on ML models end-to-end, from data prep to production, leveraging Python and leading frameworks.

You will operate in an Agile setting (Scrum/Kanban) and benefit from hybrid work options, ongoing skills development, and competitive compensation with health and life insurance.

Qualificações

• Experience in Machine Learning and AI solution development.
• Good knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment.
• Experience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure ML, Snowflake, DBT).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban).

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to define and implement AI solutions.
• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and innovative AI use cases.
• Apply MLOps and DevOps practices to ensure scalable and reliable AI solutions.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the adoption of new AI technologies across the organization.
• Work in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

YOUR ROLE
