Job summary

PwC in Lisbon/Porto is seeking a Transaction Services Consultant & Senior Consultant to join the Advisory Transactions Services practice. You will gather and analyze financial and operational data, report conclusions supporting buy-side and sell-side evaluations, and prepare analyses using Excel, Power Pivot/Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

You will interact with M&A teams, investment banking, and other due diligence groups, contribute to business development, and work in hybrid offices in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data and present findings clearly.
• Experience with due diligence, M&A, or financial advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial and operational data from diverse entities to support buy-side or vendor due diligence evaluations.
• Identify risks and opportunities from trends in results, working capital, debt and cash flows.
• Prepare analyses and reports using Excel, Power Pivot/Query, Alteryx and present in PowerPoint/PowerBI.
• Engage with M&A teams, investment banking, and legal/tax/environmental teams; support business development.
