Luzzi, a newly opened restaurant in the heart of Lisbon, is seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our Luzzi team. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering warm, personalized service while embodying the energy and creativity that define Luzzi.

Based at Andaz Lisbon, a Hyatt property, the role offers exposure to luxury hospitality standards and guest-centric service in a vibrant, modern Lusitanian dining environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Strong customer focus and ability to personalize service.
• Agility, attention to detail, and strong awareness of guest needs.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in luxury hotels or restaurants preferred.
• Technical training or courses in hospitality or related fields are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complete opening and closing duties for your station.
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Assist and guide guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring comfort and attentiveness.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and service tools are in excellent condition.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure availability, organization, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with standards.
• Protect proprietary and confidential information and safeguard assets.
• Monitor the guest experience throughout the meal and resolve issues promptly.
• Acknowledge and welcome all guests according to standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships.
• Meet all quality assurance expectations and brand service standards.
