Luzzi is a newly opened restaurant on the top floor of Andaz Lisbon, offering modern Lusitanian cuisine with vibrant cocktails, décor and music. We seek a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join Luzzi and deliver warm, personalized service that embodies Luzzi's energy and creativity.

In this role you will greet guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a memorable guest experience while upholding Hyatt standards. Fluency in English is required; experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complete opening and closing duties for your station
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Assist guests throughout dining, ensuring comfort and attentiveness
• Maintain service tools and station cleanliness
• Monitor dining areas for availability, safety and guest well-being
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues
• Deliver service per brand standards
