Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or for activities.
• Assist with luggage and other requests from guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain the appearance of the lobby and common areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
