Farfetch is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Lisbon to be the face and voice of Farfetch Platform Solutions, delivering exceptional service across email, phone and chat. Be the first point of contact, resolve queries, provide product information, and own case resolution while working with internal teams to boost localization and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good IT skills on Windows and customer service tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Interest in sports and sportswear is a plus.
