Farfetch is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Porto to be the face of our Platform Solutions, delivering exceptional support across email, phone, and chat. You will help customers discover partner products and resolve queries with speed and care, reporting to a Customer Service Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong English, good IT skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility for rotating shifts is a plus.

Qualificações

• 1+ year experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good IT skills with basic software navigation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers across email, phone, and chat.
• Represent Farfetch Platform Solutions to customers and partners.
• Provide product/service information and guidance.
• Own case resolution following internal processes and guidelines.
• Handle demanding customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify localization needs and collaborate with internal teams.
