• Manage and maintain product information, imagery and merchandising content within Shopify.
• Support the launch of new products across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns and product communications.
• Manage social media scheduling, publishing and community engagement, with a focus on Pinterest.
• Monitor competitors, consumer trends and market opportunities to generate actionable insights.
• Track digital performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
