ÉSLUMIÈRE, a curated luxury women’s wear platform, seeks a Product Listing & E-commerce Specialist to manage product uploads and catalogue organisation on Shopify, with a path to a custom v3.0 platform. You will ensure products are correctly structured, visually aligned, and ready for launch, while supporting API integrations and data mapping with ODOO.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Shopify back office (essential).
• Experience in e-commerce, ideally fashion or luxury.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Understanding of fashion products and categories.
• Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools, while maintaining manual quality control.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ODOO (or similar ERP/back-office systems).
• Knowledge of HS codes and product classification (category, subcategory, country of manufacture).
• Experience connecting logistics providers (DHL, CTT) with e-commerce/ERP platforms.
• Understanding of how to optimise and promote product listings for visibility in AI shopping and search tools.

Responsabilidades

• Upload and manage products in Shopify (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing).
• Organise catalogue, collections, and filters.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product data.
• Upload and manage product images according to platform standards.
• Support API integrations with partner brands.
• Prepare product data for transition to a custom platform.
• Assist with quality control before products go live.
• Manage product data mapping and connection with ODOO, including product categorisation.
• Work with HS codes and map products by category, subcategory, and country of manufacture.
• Coordinate and maintain integrations with logistics partners (DHL, CTT and UPS).
• Support the display and promotion of products across AI-powered shopping and search tools.
