Goodfashion Group is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon, working across three distinctive fashion brands. You will be the operational backbone managing day-to-day store activities and performing in-depth performance analyses to drive growth.

This hybrid role is based in Lisbon with one day on-site and the rest from home. You will partner with our E-Commerce Manager and leverage Shopify, Klaviyo, and merchandising tools to optimise listings, campaigns, and customer

Qualificações

• 3–4 years in e-commerce operations or coordination, ideally in fashion or retail.
• Hands-on Shopify experience and comfort with commerce tooling.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, review apps, or merchandising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.
• Bachelor/Master in a relevant field with above-average results.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain product listings across Shopify stores with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate product image production — briefing, tracking, and publishing assets.
• Keep stores healthy: translations, FAQ updates, content consistency, UX hygiene.
• Manage tools including Klaviyo, Symprosis, merchandising apps, review platforms, and social media integrations.
• Coordinate paid advertising with our external freelancer, tracking performance and timelines.
• Run regular and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses — conversion data, product performance, campaign results, customer behaviour — and turn findings into clear recommendations.

We run digital retail operations across all three brands and are expanding our e-commerce team to keep pace with our ambitions.

The Role

You will work closely with our E-Commerce Manager, serving as the operational backbone of our online stores.

From day-to-day store management to deep performance analysis, you will have real ownership across three brands — and real variety in your work.

This is a hybrid position: you'll be based in Lisbon and work from our central Lisbon office one day per week, with the remainder from home.

What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain product listings across our Shopify webshops with accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate product image production — briefing, tracking, and publishing assets

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or coordination, ideally in fashion or retail
• Hands-on Shopify experience;
• familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, review apps, or merchandising platforms
• Strong analytical mindset — you go beyond surface metrics and can structure findings into actionable insights
• Bachelor or ideally Master in a relevant field of study with above average results
• Organised, process-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities
• Excellent written English;
• German or Dutch is a plus
• Based in the Lisbon areawith a valid EU work permit— both are required
