ÉSLUMIÈRE, a curated luxury women’s wear platform, seeks a Product Listing & E-commerce Specialist to manage product uploads and catalogue organisation on Shopify, with a path to a custom v3.0 platform. You will ensure products are correctly structured, visually aligned, and ready for launch, while supporting API integrations and data mapping with ODOO.

• Strong experience with Shopify back office (essential).
• Experience in e-commerce, ideally fashion or luxury.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Understanding of fashion products and categories.
• Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
• Experience using AI tools, while maintaining manual quality control.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ODOO (or similar ERP/back-office systems).
• Knowledge of HS codes and product classification (category, subcategory, country of manufacture).
• Experience connecting logistics providers (DHL, CTT) with e-commerce/ERP platforms.
• Understanding of how to optimise and promote product listings for visibility in AI shopping and search tools.

We are currently building our platform on Shopify, with a planned transition to a fully custom system (v3.0).

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Listing & E-commerce Specialist to manage product uploads and

catalogue organisation on the platform.

You will work mainly in Shopify back office, ensuring all products are correctly structured, visually aligned, and ready for launch: with the opportunity to support the transition to a custom platform.
