CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee daily housekeeping operations and uphold the club’s high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

You will coordinate with Member Services, Experience, Maintenance, Security, and Food & Beverage, log requests, assign tasks, monitor inspections, and ensure timely delivery of exceptional service to our Members.

Qualificações

• Coordinate daily operations of the Housekeeping department and maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Liaise with Member Services, Experience, Maintenance, Security and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service.
• Log, communicate and follow up on requests to deliver prompt, excellent service for Members.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to Members.
• Handle all calls for the Housekeeping department and log messages and requests accurately.
• Process requests, delegate work, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Inform leadership of operational issues and take proactive steps to address day‑to‑day needs.
• Lead coordination of housekeeping staff, daily assignments, and inspections of public areas.
