Job summary

Sublime Comporta is seeking a Barista to join our elite team in the heart of our luxury hotel group. You will prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a high standard, ensure precise extraction, and maintain equipment, presentation, and cleanliness.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, prior barista experience, and a passion for service are essential. You will work collaboratively, deliver personalized experiences, and participate in ongoing training and staff benefits.

Qualifications

Experience as a Barista in hospitality or luxury hotel environments.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Strong technical knowledge in coffee preparation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and other hot and cold beverages to a high standard, in accordance with technical specifications.
Ensure proper coffee extraction, grinding consistency, and maintenance of equipment.
Guarantee careful and consistent product presentation.
Provide personalized, attentive, and professional service.
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and stock replenishment of the workspace.
Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
Collaborate with the team, promoting a positive work environment.
