Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Mendix developer to accelerate finance digital transformation across global operations. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise finance applications, integrate with SAP S/4HANA and Azure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years of Mendix experience in finance, a Mendix certification, and strong English skills; Portuguese and/or German are a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven Mendix experience in finance transformation or finance systems implementations.
• Mendix Certification (Intermediate or Advanced) and strong architecture understanding.
• Experience with major Low Code platforms (Mendix mandatory; Alteryx, UiPath, Power Platform, Azure ecosystem a plus).
• Experience with diverse project methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese and/or German are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver low-code finance solutions with Mendix, standardizing finance processes and supporting global rollouts.
• Develop end-to-end finance applications (planning, execution, monitoring, closure) and manage rollout strategies.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable Mendix solutions and integrate with SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications; document solutions per governance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and promote Mendix best practices.
