Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Mendix developer to accelerate the digital transformation of our Accounting Operations. You will design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade finance applications using Mendix with regional and global scale.

Collaborating across cultures, you will translate finance requirements into scalable low-code solutions, integrate with SAP S/4HANA, APIs, Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and ensure security and performance while mentoring junior developers.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven Mendix development experience in a finance transformation or finance systems implementation context.
• Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Certification with strong understanding of architecture and software development principles.
• Experience with major Low Code Applications (Mendix is mandatory; Alteryx, UiPath, Power Platform and Azure ecosystem, or similar is a plus).
• Experience with agile, waterfall, lean, or Six Sigma project methodologies.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese and/or German are advantages.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement end-to-end finance applications using Mendix.
• Support global rollout strategies including phased deployments, testing, and production releases.
• Translate accounting/finance requirements into scalable low-code solutions and document them.
• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of applications; mentor junior developers.
• Stay current with Mendix innovations and AI capabilities.
