UPS Portugal seeks a capable team lead to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction by performing TL tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will manage deadlines, coordinate resources, and drive improvements across daily operations.

You will oversee personnel, training, safety communications, and plan resources with flexible hours to cover shifts, including a 14:30–21:30 schedule, while fostering teamwork and problem-solving across the unit.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; vocational degree acceptable.
• Previous team management experience is valued.
• Fluent in English; Spanish knowledge is a plus; Portuguese required.

Responsabilidades

• Daily management of personnel in your charge and post rotations.
• Communication of instructions, safety procedures, and department meetings.
• Training and development of team members.
• Planning daily resources (and holidays) and executing plans.
• Overseeing pending collections and accounts without an active account.
