About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to support and optimize global transportation and freight activities across our international network. This position is ideal for a logistics professional who combines operational expertise with strong analytical capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transportation performance, managing external logistics partners, controlling freight spend, and ensuring reliable and compliant delivery operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate international transportation activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and dependable movement of goods across global markets.
• Monitor logistics operations, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain service continuity.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics providers, ensuring high service standards and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee transportation budgets, analyze freight costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Support business projects and strategic initiatives by providing logistics and transportation expertise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align logistics operations with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Leverage operational data and insights to support decision-making and enhance supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, transportation management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing carrier performance, logistics providers, and transportation costs within a global environment.
• Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SAP ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
