The role requires collaborating with process engineering, automation, maintenance, quality, and production teams to deliver effective project outcomes; candidates should have 2–6 years of experience and be proficient with AutoCAD or Inventor. Lisbon (Hybrid).

Qualificações

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, or other mechanical design software.
• Hands-on experience with piping systems, valves, and process equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review, and monitor mechanical engineering projects in a GMP environment, focusing on piping systems, valves, process equipment, and industrial utilities.
• Prepare technical specifications, calculations, and drawings, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and safety standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Support the definition of project requirements, prepare technical documentation (P&IDs, bills of materials, reports) and monitor suppliers during the manufacturing and assembly phase.
• Collaborate in the analysis and evaluation of technical proposals, participating in the selection of equipment and mechanical solutions.
• Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement and optimization of mechanical processes.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (process engineering, automation, maintenance, quality, and production) to ensure effective project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support and review engineering projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing mechanical design activities related to piping, valves, and process equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and monitor mechanical engineering projects in a GMP environment, focusing on piping systems, valves, process equipment, and industrial utilities.
• Prepare technical specifications, calculations, and drawings, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and safety standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Support the definition of project requirements, prepare technical documentation (P&IDs, bills of materials, reports) and monitor suppliers during the manufacturing and assembly phase.
• Collaborate in the analysis and evaluation of technical proposals, participating in the selection of equipment and mechanical solutions appropriate to the needs of the projects.
• Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement and optimization of mechanical processes, contributing to gains in efficiency and operational reliability.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (process engineering, automation, maintenance, quality, and production) to ensure effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master´s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, or other mechanical design software.
• Hands-on experience with piping systems, valves, and process equipment.
