Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Lisbon seeks a Capital Markets Lead Director (Living) to originate and manage transactions across PBSA, Multifamily, Flex and Co-Living sectors. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, build relationships with developers and institutional investors, and drive growth in Living assets.

The role requires a strong real estate background, 5+ years in Living, and a track record of leading complex transactions, with knowledge of rental regulatory frameworks and team

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Law or Economics.
• Post degree in Real Estate, urban planning or valuations is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate.
• Experience managing relations with developers and institutional investors.
• Experience leading multiple real estate transactions in Living sectors.
• Knowledge of regulatory aspects affecting rental residential assets.
• Experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead diverse Living transactions (assets, portfolios, land).
• Maintain relations with developers and institutional investors.
• Collaborate with Land, Development, and Pan-Euro Living teams.
• Drive growth across Living segments and professionalize execution.
• Provide market insights and regulatory knowledge for deal structuring.
