JLL in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Director to lead Building Consultancy with a focus on technical leadership, project delivery, and business growth. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across internal lines to deliver integrated real estate solutions for investors and occupiers.

Ideal candidates will have significant Building Consultancy experience, leadership skills, and a strong background in MEP systems, asset lifecycle management, and ESG-related assessments.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in Building Consultancy, Technical Advisory, or related sectors.
• Strong track record delivering Technical Due Diligence, Project Monitoring and Technical Feasibility.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Building Consultancy assignments and ensure quality.
• Advise clients on building risk, lifecycle costs and asset performance.
• Develop and grow the Building Consultancy business with cross‑team collaboration.
• Manage client relationships and lead workshops and executive presentations.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, programme and financial targets.
