InnoWave is seeking a dynamic Technical Lead for Java Framework to join our Lisbon team. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor cross‑functional squads, and ensure delivery quality aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include managing technical debt, producing documentation, and guiding solution design. English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of GDPR and the Energy & Utilities market is valued. Agile practices with JIRA and Confluence are pluses.

Qualificações

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with global teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence (valued).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for the applications.
• Handle infrastructure change requests.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex solution design.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
