Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate interaction records while collaborating with the team to ensure excellent service and up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required, however candidates with customer service or online support experience are preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email/chat tools are expected.
• Legal eligibility to work in Portugal is required.
