The Europe Concept is hiring for a Customer Care & Recall role in Lisbon. You will support Flemish-speaking customers on-site with fixed Monday-to-Friday hours and a structured workday. The base salary is €1,400 gross per month, plus a personal performance bonus and language bonus, totaling up to €1,650 gross monthly.

Applicants must already be based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an international customer service environment with clear processes.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Flemish language skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer care to Flemish-speaking customers.
• Handle recall-related inquiries and resolve cases.
• Respond clearly and professionally to questions.
• Manage customer cases from initial contact to resolution.
• Document interactions and case developments accurately.
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure quality service.
• Communicate with customers in Flemish and English as needed.
