Arcesium in Lisbon seeks a junior IT/Engineering professional to support day-to-day IT operations on-site and contribute to automation and cloud infrastructure tasks. You will onboard new hires, manage hardware, and keep workstations running while learning through hands-on tasks.

You will work with senior engineers to implement scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS basics, building a strong foundation for your engineering career within a distributed team.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years in IT support, systems administration, or junior engineering.
• Linux fundamentals: comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the local IT point of contact for the Lisbon office – onboarding, hardware provisioning, and everyday support.
• Learn and apply core SRE practices – scripting, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure under guidance from senior engineers.
• Split time between specialist work and engineering work; grow into more engineering tasks over time.
• Build a foundation in Linux, AWS, and automation for a long-term engineering career path.
• Document and communicate clearly; maintain records of issues and fixes for recurring problems.
