You will work closely with the Key Account Manager, managing day-to-day follow-up, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities to boost sales performance through sell-in and sell-out activities.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with sales and customer data.

• Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish nice to have.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day follow-up of the assigned customer portfolio.
• Support and strengthen customer relationships to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales performance through sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Promote commercial campaigns, new product launches, and strategic business initiatives.
• Support the execution of the commercial strategy across the Frames categories.
• Assist in the organization of customer events, trade shows, and showroom activities.
• Prepare sales reports, business reviews, performance analyses, and customer presentations.
• Monitor customer performance and provide recommendations to support business growth.
