Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead complex implementations and automation projects that accelerate customer adoption of the PagerDuty Reliability Platform.

You will design, configure, and optimize services, integrations, automation workflows, and AI agents across diverse environments, collaborating with stakeholders to align with business objectives. The role requires strong technical expertise in monitoring, automation, SaaS/cloud technologies, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior-level professional services, technical consulting, and/or solutions engineering.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations and automation projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong SQL, networking, Linux, REST APIs, and CLI skills.
• Hands-on use of AI coding and productivity tools in technical delivery work.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex incidents, automation, and integration solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work in a PagerDuty office at least two days per week and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementation projects across incident management, automation, and AI use cases.
• Design and optimize PagerDuty services, integrations, workflows, and AI agents with customers.
• Assess customer environments for AI adoption and data hygiene to ensure trusted results.
• Provide advanced consultation on integration strategies using APIs and automation frameworks.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to surface gaps and scalable solutions.
• Create reusable delivery frameworks and accelerators to shorten time-to-value, respecting data handling policies.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
