Want More in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Handyman for a full-time position. The role offers a salary of $1600 per month and accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

No prior experience is required, as long as you have the necessary skills and are eager to learn. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and landscaping, plus inspecting systems, managing supplies, and responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as handyman or similar role preferred.
• Solid understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
• Good communication skills in English. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and landscaping.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all work is completed to high standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
