Avanta Works in Lisbon is seeking an experienced handyman to join our team. The role involves general maintenance across properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic repairs.

This full-time position offers a monthly salary of €1,500, accommodation provided, and medical insurance. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in Lisbon or with a valid visa.

Qualificações

Experienced Handyman in Lisbon

We are in search of an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team in Lisbon. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic repairs
• Inspect buildings and identify any issues or needed repairs
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide solutions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
• Keep inventory of materials and equipment needed for repairs
• Work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks within deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to construction and repair work

Location:

This position is based in Lisbon. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Lisbon or have their own visa.
