No prior experience is required, as long as you have the necessary skills and are eager to learn. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and landscaping, plus inspecting systems, managing supplies, and responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as handyman or similar role preferred.
• Solid understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
• Good communication skills in English. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
