BaseForce, a reputable property management company in Lisbon, is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000. Accommodation will be provided if needed.

The ideal candidate has the ability to perform general maintenance tasks, respond to tenant requests, and ensure safety regulations are followed. Good communication in English or Portuguese is a plus. Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job (lifting, bending, standing).
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Repair and maintain equipment, furniture and appliances.
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work
• Repair and maintain equipment, furniture and appliances
• Install fixtures and hardware as needed
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
• Keep track of inventory and supplies
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job (lifting, bending, standing)
• Good communication skills in English or Portuguese – both is a plus
• Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal
