You will review user content to ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards, maintaining high accuracy within latency targets. The role operates in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift setup with accommodation and health cover included, in a central Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Native-level Greek with strong English (B2) skills.
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting latency and quality targets.
• Escalate issues per internal procedures and guidelines.
• Stay updated on moderation rules and seasonal guidelines.
